Comprising of 4/5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom (2 en suite and 1 family bathroom, separate WC on the ground floor) sleeps 8 adults and 4 children in bunkbeds making it ideal for either family groups or couples. Please note 5th bedroom/snug is on ground floor with double sofa bed, storage space is limited.
Water garden 7 has under floor heating and a wood burning stove in main living room, (wood not provided). Sky deck offering enclosed roof space with seating and artificial grass to stretch out on.
* Please note that this property is on the nature reserve and during summer months water reeds grow fast but can not be cut back due to nesting ducks and swans. This could limit your lake views and access to water.

A well planned fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences, integrated Neff dishwasher, double oven, integrated fridge freezer and coffee machine. Part of this open plan living / dining you will find a large dining table with 10 statement chairs.

Family bathroom
Relax and unwind in the full size bath or have a quick shower in the separate cubicle. WC and heated towel rail.
Double Bedroom / En-Suite
Small double bed, with views over the Spinney lake , 2 bedside tables, double fitted wardrobe, black out blinds, wall painting and pendant lamp with lampshade.

Stairs access to large wooden decking, divided into 2 area: one with artificial grass, perfect for the little ones and 2nd adult area with a large pagoda, with night lights, 2 long tables, 4 large benches, extra chairs.
