Sorry no hen or stag weekends. This private estate is a family environment with second home owners and their families enjoying the tranquilly of this stress free concept.
Available for:
2, 3, 4, 7+ night breaks available.
2 night weekend breaks at 65% of weekly rate
3 night weekend breaks at 75% of weekly rate
4 night mid week breaks at 75% of weekly rate (low/mid season only)

All prices based on a 1 week booking with 8 adults sharing, discounts for smaller groups and families with children available:
Velvet Lodge and Dawn Chorus (based on 8 adults sharing)
Low season: £30 per person/per night
Mid season: £40 per person/per night
High Season: £50 per person/per night
Larchwood Lodge, Bowmoor Lodge and Lakeside Lodge (based on 8 adults sharing)
Low season: £60 per person/ per night
Mid season: £70 per person/per night
High Season: £80 per person/per night
Water’s Edge Lodge (based on 6 adults sharing)
Low season: £30 per person/ per night
Mid season: £40 per person/per night
High Season: £50 per person/per night
Short breaks of 4 days or fewer are also available.

Low season: January, February (excluding half term) March, October (excl half term), November, December.

Returnable security/damage deposit required (amount depending on size of the party and length of the booking):

Prices include bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, no hidden extras!
A 20% deposit (non refundable) required at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
Monday and Friday preferred for arrivals and departures.
Payment can be made via Paypal, direct bank transfer (BACS) or cashed cheque.
Code of conduct and terms of business to be signed prior to arrival.
