We aim to provide a quality experience for the more discerning guest either for a short break (weekends or mid week) or a family holiday in the heart of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire, England. Our luxury lodge self-catering holiday homes are a modern alternative to most English country cottages and are only 90 minutes from London. You can de-stress from your normal routine in an idyllic lakeside setting within a choice of two independent, private gated nature reserves, each set in several hundred acres and host to a diverse range of flora and fauna together with private lakes, rivers, streams. Ideal for walking or cycling alone or with friends.

Our current offerings are a selection of 3 and 4 bedded contemporary properties. They sleep between 6 and 8 adults plus 2 children.

All properties combine the tranquillity of the beautiful English Cotswold countryside, providing a rural retreat with the very best of contemporary design. They offer full width, full height, floor to ceiling panoramic glazing with amazing views.

The properties are all located within the Cotswold Water Park “So many lakes, so much to do!” and are within a short drive of many ancient and beautiful Cotswold villages with an extensive range of shops, pubs and restaurants to explore.

Larchwood Lodge, Bowmoor Lodge and Lakeside Lodge at the Lakes by Yoo

Larchwood, Bowmoor and Lakeside Lodges are exceptionally spacious (270 square meters), 4 bedroom detached properties with full concierge facilities available at extra cost (hire a private jet or arrive via helicopter at the on-site heli-pad, or book a chef offering a master class of home cooked meals bespoke to you). The lodges are built on a private, stylish boutique, luxury development set within 650 acres.

These contemporary properties are furnished to a high standard and are extensively equipped to cater for family gatherings to satisfy everyone in your party and to enhance your enjoyment throughout the duration of your stay, regardless of the weather.

Velvet Lodge is a 4 bedroom end of terrace property sleeping 8 adults + 2 children, whilst Dawn Chorus is a detached 4 bedroom house and sleeping 8 adults.
Both properties are based within a private gated development and take advantage of complimentary membership of the renowned on site spa with its heated indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and range of bookable treatments

Water’s Edge Lodge, Cerney Wick

This magnificent south west facing lodge is on a small but exclusive development of second homes in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park offering full height panoramic glazing, unobstructed views from the interior are complemented by decking that runs directly along the edge of a 28 acre lake.
